Insurance..
2003 - Insurance for 26 centres and 65 courts - Buildings and Public Liability - approximately $1.4 million in assets - premium = $23,746.
2004 - Insurance for 25 centres and 62 courts - Buildings and Public Liability - approximately $1.5 million in assets - premium = around $28,000.

Major Projects..
Corrimal - New fencing and 5 synthetic court surfaces provided. Funding from Dept. Sport and Recreation, Wollongong City Council, W.T.C.A. and B&DTA. Lighting for 3 courts and security fencing to complete project - funding from Wollongong City Council - DA submitted.
Wisemans Park TC - level surface, new fencing and synthetic resurface of both courts.
Station Street Courts (Thirroul) - this work is being entirely funded by the Thirroul Bowling Club but managed by W.T.C.A. - new fencing, lights and synthetic surface for 3 courts - revamp clubhouse and provide internal toilet - DA submitted.
West Derra TC - Synthetic resurface of 2 courts and provide lights.
Dapto TC - Upgrade of lights for 3 courts - Council to advise if DA required.

Minor Projects..
Meadows TC - provision of security fence.
Wiseman Park TC - Fence repairs.
Webb Park TC - Sand replenishment.

General Activities..
Stanwell Park TC - Request carpark upgrade - awaiting Wollongong City Council reply.
Woonona Heights TC - Handed back to Wollongong City Council.
Meadows TC Courts 6 & 7 - Handed back to Wollongong City Council.
Gibson Park Railway TC - Requested lighting for nearby toilet block - awaiting Wollongong City Council priority.
Gilmore Park TC - Wollongong City Council to install fence at carpark.
Dapto TC - Discuss with Wollongong City Council shared amenities building with cricket.
Pinecourt TC - Process insurance claim for roof blown off in high winds.
Meadows TC - Small clubhouse broken into and partially burnt - liase with Wollongong City Council re repairs.
Webb Park TC - Approach Wollongong City Council re upgrade for access to carpark - awaiting Wollongong City Counci priority.
Lakeside TC - Wollongong City Council to relocate centre - following re-evaluation of tennis usage plus delay to West Dapto development - Centre to continue.
Parkview TC - Clubhouse vandalised - licence handed to B&DTA - proposal for Russell Vale Primary School to run court - before Wollongong City Council.

Meetings..
Quarterly meetings were held with Wollongong City Council.
Meetings were held with Wollongong City Council by the West Dapto Working Party - W.T.C.A. and Tennis Wollongong.
Gerry de Boer was the representative on the Wollongong City Council Sports Liason Committee.

Last, but certainly not least, considerable effort is being made on behalf of Figtree TC which is severely effected by a proposed Wollongong City Council development to construct a soccer field and grandstand immediately to the east of the courts. Wollongong City Council and Councillors have been strongly canvassed, meetings addressed and rallies attended and with strong support of club members we have a chance to stop this development.
